We strive to provide excellent service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: A non-deposit service payment is required to secure a time slot. We will hold the slot for 7 days prior to payment; if the deposit is not submitted after the 7th day, then the time slot will be reopened for other potential prospects. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 10% service fee. ~ No-shows will need to put down another deposit to secure their time if they choose to reschdule. (As mentioned above, the deposit is non-refundable!) Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done with at least 24 hours' notice. We understand that emergencies can happen.
